Do you offer local pickup?
Yep! If you're in or around Van Alstyne, TX, weekly porch pickups are a thing. Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout — we’ll send you all the details once your order is locked in.
Do you ship cookies?
We sure do! Sweet treats by mail? Absolutely. Just note: they ship out Monday and Tuesday only (so they arrive fresh and fabulous).
Are the cookies fresh?
Fresh as your favorite meme. We bake each batch to order — never frozen. They’re best enjoyed within 3–4 days (if they last that long). Want to savor them later? Toss them in the freezer.

Our cookies contain the usual suspects: dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, and may contain soy. We bake in an open kitchen with shared equipment, so we can’t guarantee allergen-free goodies. If you have a severe allergy, definitely check with your doc before indulging. We care about your safety!

Can you bake for my party or event?
Absolutely! From birthdays to boardrooms, we’ve got cookie platters to fit the vibe. Just give us a heads-up in advance so we can plan accordingly.
How should I store my cookies?
Keep ‘em cozy in an airtight container at room temp. Want that warm-out-of-the-oven experience? Microwave for 10–15 seconds or pop in the oven on low heat.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because our cookies are made fresh and perishable, all sales are final. But! If something’s off, holler at us — customer joy is our top priority and we’ll do our best to make it right.
When do cookies ship out?
We ship Mondays and Tuesdays only — to make sure your cookies arrive fresh, not frazzled.
Are cookies shipped in a cooler?
Nope! No ice packs here. Your cookies are lovingly tucked into our sleek black matte gift box, which then gets packed inside a shipping box. Freshly baked and stylishly delivered.
I have a nut allergy — are these safe for me?
We wish we could give a confident yes, but since all our cookies are baked in a shared kitchen, we can’t guarantee nut-free safety. Your health is way too important for us to take chances. Please consult with your doctor before ordering.
How do I cancel my order?
